Reba McEntire is officially single again.
The “Forever Love” songstress and her boyfriend, 70-year-old retired oil geologist Anthony “Skeeter” Lasuzzo, have called it quits after two years together, McEntire’s representative Erin Burr confirmed to USA TODAY.
McEntire, 64, met Lasuzzo while on a vacation tour of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in August 2017. Now a wildlife photographer, Lasuzzo showed McEntire and her group animal-sighting spots. He bought her dinner two nights later.
She visited Lasuzzo two months after that. “I was there almost a week and we spent every day together,” she told People in April.
McEntire first confirmed the split to Us Weekly, saying she and Lasuzzo “still talk and we’re friends, but just decided to go our separate ways.”
In 2015, McEntire split from her husband and manager Narvel Blackstock after 26 years of marriage.
In a joint statement on her website that year, the couple said that “despite this being the end of their marriage, they continue to support each other. They have worked together for 35 years and will continue to do so.”
Prior to Blackstock, she was married to Charlie Battles from 1976 to 1987.
